Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

$65USD for FedEx International Standard Shipping.

All local duties and import taxes are at the customer’s expense.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China, Monday - Friday.

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

All orders are shipped with FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. FedEx usually operates between 9am - 6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We do not ship to freight forwarders.  Any orders placed to freight forwarders that are returned to our shipping facility will be cancelled & reimbursed.
