SHIPPING

We offer International Standard Shipping via UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

All local duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your local carrier and region. We strongly recommend providing a reliable daytime delivery address (such as a work address) to avoid failed delivery attempts.

 

Please note:

We kindly recommend avoiding the use of P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as deliveries to these addresses may experience delays or be unsuccessful.

We do not support freight forwarders. Any order shipped to a freight forwarding address may be refused, returned, and cancelled with a refund at our discretion.

BRAND INFORMATION

ULU is a brand operated under FFF (Shanghai) Brand Management Co., Ltd (FFF GROUP).

All order fulfillment, after-sales service, and customer support are managed by FFF GROUP.

 

 

RETURNS

ULU offers a 14-day return policy. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Please use a tracked shipping service*of your choice.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you may choose to return items together in one package to improve processing efficiency. If delivery delays occur, the return window will be evaluated based on the final delivery date.

 

RETURN PROCESS

   Please include the return tracking number*in your email.

2. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be:

   Unworn and unused

   In original condition

   With all tags, labels, seals, and original packaging intact

3. Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 515 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.

5. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as received.

Products with their own boxes must be returned in the original, undamaged box, which is considered part of the product.

We reserve the right to reject any return*that does not meet these conditions. If rejected, you will be notified by email.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and non-returnable,

except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

 

QUALITY ISSUES

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change an item, please return the original order and place a new purchase.
