Free shipping via DHL International Standard on orders over $500USD.
All local duties and import taxes are at the customer’s expense.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China, Monday - Friday.
Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am - 6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
Please note that DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship to freight forwarders. Any orders placed to freight forwarders that are returned to our shipping facility will be cancelled & reimbursed.

RETURNS
ULU has a 14-day return policy: any unworn items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for returning your item to us. Please use any recorded delivery service of your choice.
If you are receiving multiple shipments for your order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return and only send unwanted items in one package to avoid delays in processing.

Return steps
- Contact us by email at support@uluoutdoor.com outlining the nature of your return. Please send the tracking number in the email so we can monitor the return shipment.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition; and in its original packaging with the packing material included.
- Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 5-10 working days from receipt of return.
- We will send you a email once the return process has been successfully completed and your refund is issued. Please do check your junk email.
- Depending on your payment method, there can be a delay between the email notification and the refund monies showing in your account. This is due to the bank processing times. Please rest assure if you receive a refund notification from us, your refund is on its way back to you.
Important information for returns
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
All products that come in their own box must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. ULU reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.

Please note all sale items offered at a reduced price are final sale and cannot be returned.
Quality Guarantee
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Exchanges
We are currenty unable to offer exchanges. Please return the original order to us and purchase again.
